Opportunity Description
A Compensation and Benefits Specialist helps manage payroll processing to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time. Common responsibilities include reviewing timesheets, entering data into payroll systems and updating employee tax withholdings.
He or She also serve as a point of contact for employees who have questions about their wages or benefits deductions. Other tasks include: maintaining and organizing employee records, and supporting compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Administration
- Process payroll accurately and on time for employees.
- Verify attendance, leaves, overtime, allowances, and deductions before payroll processing.
- Coordinate with Finance regarding payroll funding, salary disbursement, and statutory remittances.
