Manager, Compensation Data & Regulatory Reporting - Europe (London)

A leading global financial institution is now seeking a Compensation Data Manager to join the HR and European Compensation team in London.

This is a high-impact Manager-level role focused on compensation data analytics, regulatory reporting, and governance. You will design and maintain robust data frameworks to support regulatory submissions and internal decision‑making across the UK and Ireland, working with complex compensation data in a regulated banking environment.

You will use this data in order to be able to tell a story to RemCo and Exco.

• Design, implement, and maintain compensation data analytics frameworks, models, and dashboards to support regulatory reporting and internal governance.
