Competitive Analysis PC Tester

Job Description
An employer is seeking a PC Test Technician in the North part of Houston, TX. The Test Technician will be joining a Competitive Analysis lab to understand and compare competitor's products versus the companies. He or she will be responsible for conducting competitive analysis testing, including performance, audio, graphics, power and battery life, hardware, etc. They will be given a set of test plans to follow, so prior testing experience is not a hard requirement. This person will also be responsible for documenting results and uploading the data into Excel. The Test Technician role may include creation of presentations to give to cross functional teams with PowerPoint. He or she must be comfortable working with various teams and individuals as this person will be working closely with the sales team to provide benchmark testing as well as the engineering R&D team to run benchmark performance test on new internal Desktops and Notebook.
