**The Opportunity:**
We are seeking an enthusiastic Complex F&B Manager to join the team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the broader Hotel San Jose and Austin Motel operations team. You will be part of a group that is passionate about celebrating creativity and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The Complex Food & Beverage Manager oversees kitchen operations, all bars, event catering, and room service, while also directly managing key outlets including the San Jose Lounge, Rocky’s, and the Austin Motel Pool. This role is responsible for leading and developing the F&B team, overseeing staffing and training, collaborating on menu and beverage offerings, maintaining the look, feel, and flow of each outlet, and ensuring exceptional service, quality, and consistency across all operations.
