Complex Hotel General Manager
A casino and hotel group is seeking an experienced Complex Hotel General Manager to oversee hospitality/hotel operations within a complex consisting of 5 hotels, a large Convention Centre, and various food & beverage outlets.
Responsibilities
Oversee the overall hospitality and hotel operations of the complex, ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, and achievement of financial targets.
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification
- Minimum 12 years of hotel and operations management experience in 4* hotels as a GM
- Experience as a GM of at least 3 hotels with a combined total of more than 600 rooms (Senior Executive level)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Business management skills
- Financial acumen and good understanding of company P&L
- EXCO level management experience in 4- or 5-star resort hotels or cluster GM for at least 5 years <...
