As a Compliance Assistant, you will be working alongside the wider Compliance, Legal, and Risk teams, being a group of experienced professionals, which support RSM by proactively resolving legal, regulatory and risk management matters, to protect the business, drive commercial improvements and contribute to its continued success.

As a key member of the national Compliance team, you will provide critical day-to-day operational support to service line teams to assist them in maintaining our independence when evaluating whether we are able to provide new services to clients.

Maintaining our independence is fundamental to RSM being able to serve new and existing clients. As a member of the RSM Global network, this requires frequent international collaboration to ensure that our records are up to date and the appropriate approvals are obtained. We do this using ou...
