Compliance Manager - Construction/Manufacturing

Salary Band £50-60k plus bonus scheme upto 10% of basic salary

Hybrid/Reading Office/On site Hours 7.30am – 16.30 Mon – Fri - 3 days office - 2 days work from home

24 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

Summary:- Responsible for the assurance, governance and continual development of their Integrated Management System (IMS), supporting the full product lifecycle—from design through manufacture, supply, delivery and installation.

Lead, build and develop an effective compliance function that meets legal, regulatory, contractual and certification obligations, evidenced through robust controls, records and assurance activities.

The role is strategic and operational, providing independent oversight, clear escalation and practical support to embed proportionate compliance controls across the business.
