Key Responsibilities
Localize and execute national compliance strategies to ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and company policies in JapanAdvise business leaders and cross-functional teams on compliance risks, providing practical solutions to enable business objectives.Monitor and interpret evolving regulatory requirements in healthcare, anti-corruption, data privacy, and commercial practices.Conduct compliance training and awareness programs for employees and partners throughout the region.Lead internal investigations and manage responses to regulatory inquiries or audits.Collaborate with global Legal and Compliance teams to harmonize standards and share best practices.Engage with external counsel, regulators, and industry groups to proactively address compliance challenges and opportunities.Bachelor’s degree in Law (JD or equivalent required); advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CCEP) ...
