About The Team

The Compliance NFTE’s primary role is to ensure that all of SPX’s facilities under their assignment are fully compliant with all government regulatory requirements and able to continue their operations all throughout the year.

Job Description

• Monitor and process end to end government compliances for SPX facilities assigned by the PIC.
• Manage stakeholders (LGUs, BFP, etc.) to minimize and avoid risks for facilities assigned by the PIC.
• Monitor internal stakeholders (hub personnel) for submissions needed for insurance enrollment.
• Monitor external partners’ compliance requirements - ensure that SPX’s partners are also compliant with their own requirements.
• Diligently update and track statuses for hubs’ compliance for all facilities assigned by the PIC.
• Communicate with internal stakeholder management and partner lessors.
• LGU relationship building and management.
