Compliance Officer

Main Purpose

The Compliance Officer will support the Impala Terminals Group commercial compliance function, working closely with the Senior Compliance Officer to deliver Impala's compliance programme across multiple geographies and business lines. The role covers a broad range of workstreams, ensuring that Impala Terminals operates in full accordance with applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, and industry standards, while fostering a culture of integrity and ethical conduct throughout the organisation. The role also provides expert guidance and advice on regulatory requirements including ABAC, AML, Sanctions, and Anti-Trust, and acts as a point of contact for compliance queries across the business.
