Opportunity Description
- Manage business registrations, renewals, amendments, and compliance with SEC, DTI, LGU, BIR, and other agencies.
- Prepare and file required documents to meet government deadlines.
- Track regulatory updates and maintain a compliance calendar.
- Safeguard permits, licenses, and compliance records.
- Liaise with agencies and assist clients with expansions or ownership changes.
- Guide staff and clients on compliance procedures.
- Handle correspondence, scheduling, and records management.
- Monitor office supplies and inventory.
- Support HR and payroll tasks as needed.
- Coordinate with vendors and partners for smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
