About the Job

ECO - 4 (Energy company) is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Officer to join our team. This role focuses on preparing and managing property contracts related to our energy efficiency improvement services.

Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive property contracts that clearly outline the scope of energy efficiency improvements offered, including:
  • Internal and external wall insulation
  • Loft insulation
  • Heating controls
  • Ventilation systems
  • Draught proofing
  • Undercuts
• Accurately incorporate benefit descriptions and technical specifications into each contract.
• Check and verify Energy Saving Trust (EST) ratings for each property and report relevant data to government authorities.
• Review and monitor Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) to ensure properties meet required standards.
