Compliance Officer

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Officer with a strong AML/CFT background to establish and manage the compliance framework for Hanpass Philippines. This foundational role will be responsible for building compliance infrastructure, ensuring BSP and AMLC regulatory adherence, and serving as the designated AML Compliance Officer (MLCO) for our MSB operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Regulatory Compliance : Ensure full compliance with BSP Circulars (1160, 1166, 1206, 1213, 1215, 1218 and related issuances) and AMLC regulations; manage ongoing BSP and AMLC regulatory reporting, examination preparation, and correspondence; maintain and update compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls in line with regulatory developments; support BSP EMI and RTC licensing processes, including preparation of compliance-related submissions.
