Position Overview

Compliance Surveillance Officer for Communication, Information Barrier, and Trade Surveillance (Senior Analyst). Location: Manila. Corporate Title: Senior Analyst. The Compliance Surveillance team delivers global oversight and monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct surveillance across communication, information barrier and trade products for financial market products (Benchmark, Fixed Income and Swaps, Foreign Exchange and Listed Derivatives) to detect evidence of market abuse activities.
• Review and action surveillance alerts, escalating appropriately or closing with no action, ensuring compliance with required SLAs.
• Use financial news services such as Bloomberg to support accurate analysis of alerts.
• Investigate irregularities and abnormal activities.
• Document and update escalated cases in a timely manner.
• Participate in QA of reviewed alerts and maintain QA documentation.
