Key Responsibilities

Operational & Technical Leadership

• Oversee all aspects of the compounding laboratory, ensuring strict adherence to Health Canada regulations, USP795, and USP797 (if applicable) standards.
• Personally verify and compound complex, specialized formulations, particularly in topical pain and hormonal topicals .
• Manage inventory, quality assurance/control, equipment calibration, and maintenance schedules.
