Job Description

A Computer Repair Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining computer hardware, software, and network systems. They work with desktops, laptops, peripherals, and other IT equipment to ensure optimal performance and security.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Repair or replace defective computer components such as hard drives, RAM, motherboards, and power supplies.
• Install, update, and configure operating systems and software applications.
• Remove malware, viruses, and other security threats.
• Must be 18 years old and above.
• Must be at least a high school graduate.
• Trustworthy and with a pleasing personality.
• Good with customer service is an edge.
• With or without experience.
• Full time workers only.
