📑ROLE OVERVIEW

The Concierge Executive works closely with Property Managers and Operations to coordinate services, manage guest requests, and uphold service standards across our luxury villas.

💪KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Coordinate with vendors to fulfil guest service requests

- Act as a point of contact for service-related guest assistance

- Promote available in-villa services and conveniences

- Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth service execution
