Responsibilities- Assist guests with tours, golf, restaurant, flight bookings, and travel reconfirmations
- Provide directional information, shopping recommendations, and places of interest
- Manage limousine bookings, billing, and revenue forecasting
- Coordinate pre‑arrival arrangements (birthday decorations, honeymoon setups, etc.)
- Make reservations for theatre, airlines, and transportation using Singapore booking systems
