Primary Purpose
The Condition Based Monitoring Technician provides the technical knowledge and expertise to maintain and improve equipment reliability through the use of Motion Amplification, Alignment, Dopler based monitoring equipment, and vibration and infrared monitoring equipment.Specific Key accountabilities
Must work in a safe manner in all conditions and circumstances, follow all plant safety guidelines Must attend a SIF scenario meeting once per monthMust be able to consistently complete all assignments as directed with minimal supervisionMust maintain current fundamentals in the use and application of Motion Amplification, Rotalign Alignment, FARO Target Support, and Doppler Flow instrument use.Utilize trained skillsets in the use of Infrared Thermography, Vibration Data Collection, and UE Data Collection as monitoring tools used to gather data that will be used to improve equipment reliability....
