Configuration and Data Lead - Maximo

The configuration and data (C&D) lead is a full-time position who reports directly to the maintenance and operations director. The C&D Lead provides configuration control, data governance, and workflow discipline, ensuring every CMMS process operates accurately, consistently, and in full compliance with Government expectations. Our C&D Lead governs workflows, validates data quality, configures job plans, ensures compliance with reporting requirements, and serves as the liaison for Maximo upgrades, integrations, and mobile synchronization. The configuration and data lead will work with the Certified Maintenance & Reliability Specialist to adjust/configure preventative maintenance tasks to conform with data and feedback from the predictive maintenance program.
