Opportunity Description
POSITION GOAL
As a key member of our Smart Bus Technology team, you will support the NFI Connect team and will be accountable for completion and accuracy of assigned tasks at all phases of NFI Connect product oversight including module programming, plant ingestion requests/efforts, NFI Connect/telematic field updates, Geofencing, Over-the-air, Troubleshooting and Receive requests from service group critical to NFI Connect.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Acquires and maintains an expert command on the use of NFI Connect, including a functional understanding of the system's capabilities and limitations.
- Managing troubleshooting efforts and improvements
- Collaborating with others in setting-up and executing improvement projects
- Developing and maintaining Smart Bus hardware and software procedures
