Construction Contracts Manager 4

This role supports the Lease Construction and Fitout Program, focusing on data center construction within the AMERS Lease Delivery Execution Operational Planning (EOP) team. The EOP team aids project-based execution teams by developing tools, runbooks, trainings, templates, and sources of truth.

• Knowledge of construction, integration (fiber, telecom, network, equipment, systems, and infrastructure)


• Experience with Bluebeam and P6


• Bachelor's degree in construction or related field preferred


• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry


• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
