Hire Resolve’s client in the Renewable Energy Sector is seeking the expertise of a Construction Contracts Manager in Cape Town. The project spans two locations, in the Northern Cape, and Eastern Cape hybrid role

The entire project will be controlled by a virtual power plant controller, ensuring full dispatchability according to program requirements.

Role Summary

As the Construction Contracts Manager, you will play a critical role in advising and assisting Umoyilanga Project Management teams. Your responsibilities will include managing purchasing and selling contracts related to the Power Purchase Agreement and overseeing contractual elements throughout the Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning phases. You’ll collaborate closely with Avondale and Dassiesridge Project Managers, as well as the Umoyilanga Engineering Manager.
