Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Construction Administrator to support a large residential builder client of ours out of Charleston, SC. This employee will be responsible for
managing and process all documentation required once a home is sold or configured, ensuring materials are accurately prepared and submitted for floor plan creation, permitting, and construction readiness.
Review sales documentation to determine the correct floor plan selection based on customer configurations and project requirements.
Compile, organize, and distribute floor plans for internal teams, permitting authorities, and external partners.
Provides direct support on floor plan compilation and assisting with overflow or related pre-construction tasks as needed.
Serve as a liaison between sales, construction, and architectural teams to ensure plans are accurate, complete, and aligned before permitting submission.
