Job Description
- Plan, manage, and supervise construction projects (structures, civil works)
- Prepare construction drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Monitor site progress, quality control, safety compliance
- Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and ensure standards
- Manage budgets, schedules, change orders, and documentation
- Ensure regulatory permitting and codes compliance
Qualifications / Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 3–7 years experience in construction engineering/management
- Knowledge of structural, geotechnical, and building codes
- Experience with construction software (AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.)
- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
