Responsibilities:
Provide counseling and legal services to contractors, design professionals, developers, and individuals in disputes involving defect claims, torts, contractual issues, and other construction-related matters.Take and defend depositionsDraft and argue dispositive motionsAttend site inspections, hearings, mediations, and trialsPerform legal research and provide analysis of case lawPrepare pleadings and correspondenceCommunicate with clients, expert witnesses, and opposing counsel Qualifications:
Must be a licensed member of the Florida BarMust have a minimum of 1 year of civil litigation experience, preferably in construction litigationExcellent communication and writing skillsAbility to work both independently and as part of a team Benefits:
