Construction Management - Site Manager for K12 School Construction

Position Summary: This position offers an individual a wide range of daily assignments for bring the lead onsite representative for Massaro Construction Management working as the Owner's representative on renovation and new construction projects, in an occupied school environment in the Chestnut Ridge School District in Bedford County, PA. Candidate must have detailed experience in managing construction projects in a multi-prime contractor environment.  Candidate must have strong organization and communication skills to effectively carry out the daily tasks.  Candidate must have detailed experience in managing all aspects of K12 school related work (in phased project environment) to include but not be limited to: site excavation; NPDES permit compliance; site utilities, temporary partitions and overall protections for students and staff; demolition related to structures; demo and sustaining interior work and mechanical systems; phased interior renovation work; foundations and structura...
