Opportunity Description
- Graduate of any Engineering / Architecture course. Liscensed is an advantage
- with at least 5 years of experience in the Construction Industry
- with atleast 5 years Project Management and Experience.
- Knowledgeable in Planning and Overseeing Project Construction from conceptualization to completion.
- Knowledgeable of Architectural and Structural Drawings, Quantity Surveying techniques, Engineering, Facade techniques and Implementations.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in CAD and AFES, with strong project management skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee construction projects, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
