- Prepare clear and concise project reports and provide regular updates directly to the CEO
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and manage submissions (PP, BP, TOP, etc.)
- Review and interpret structural and architectural drawings for proper site execution
- Coordinate and work closely with architects, engineers, surveyors, and other specialists (e.g. pool contractors)
- Oversee and monitor subcontractors on‑site to ensure works are carried out properly, safely, and according to specifications
- Ensure smooth day‑to‑day site operations and coordination between different trades
