Construction Project Manager

Our North London based client is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven background in delivering new build social housing projects . This is an exciting opportunity to lead the delivery of high-value residential developments, managing schemes valued between £20m and £50m through all RIBA stages .

Key Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the delivery of up to three new-build housing projects (subject to size and complexity), either through direct delivery or in partnership with development partners.
• Manage projects from inception to completion across all RIBA stages , ensuring delivery to agreed budget, programme and quality standards , and achieving key project milestones.
