Construction Project Manager

A is needed for Paul Davis Restoration of Mid-Michigan North America's leading disaster restoration and remodeling company.

Territory: North Oakland County


APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS/GENERAL INFORMATION:
Knowledge of residential and light commercial building components is required. This position involves making field inspections, supervising, scheduling, and managing projects of varying size. Previous construction management and/or insurance restoration experience is a plus. College degree preferred. Veterans are encouraged to apply. Construction experience a plus.

Learn and utilize the required computer software.

Maintain constant communication with property owner and insurance representatives as appropriate.
