Tasks :
Analysis of execution documents (specifications, drawings, bills of quantities, etc.) and reference documents (regulations, standards, specifications, etc.). Defining and mobilizing all the resources (personnel, materials, subcontracting, hardware, software) needed to carry out the work in accordance with contractual requirements. Drawing up, checking and distributing schedules. Checking compliance with contractual requirements in terms of lead times, quality and conformity of the work.
