Join Plan Group Inc. in downtown Vancouver as an HSE Coordinator and lead safety initiatives across our project site. Enhance compliance and streamline training for workers of all levels to ensure their safety.
As an HSE Coordinator, your role encompasses advising on safety regulations, conducting training sessions like Lift Training and New Hire Orientation, and investigating safety incidents. You'll develop necessary programs in response to new legislation and coordinate communication with safety personnel from various contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on compliance with safety programs across the site
• Conduct safety training for employees at all levels
• Research and implement new health and safety advancements
• Assist with safety program audits and documentation
• Engage in safety committees and motivation initiatives
Requirements:
• At least 1-2 years of relevant safety experience
• Degree in health and safety or related field preferred
