- Arrange the work schedule for workers and clock attendance for workers every day
- Manages sub-contractors by monitoring work standards and progress
- Responsibility include ordering building supplies, scheduling equipment maintenance as needed, and training new construction employees. You should also be able to perform first aid in emergencies.
- Control the quality /budget/site progress and update to construction managers on work progress
- Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
- Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following guidelines, standards, and procedures.
- Oversee construction projects and supervise the construction team
- To oversee daily worksite operations and resolve workers' problems encountered.
- Monitor and ensure all workers comply with specific rules and requirements, etc.
