Construction Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, coordinating with workers and subcontractors, and ensuring that all construction activities comply with safety and quality standards.

• Supervise daily site activities to ensure work is safe, on time, and according to plans.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and workers to meet project deadlines.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with BCA, MOM, and safety standards.
• Monitor progress, materials, and equipment to maintain quality.
• Report site updates, delays, and issues to the director or project manager.
• Keep accurate site records such as reports, timesheets, and material usage.
• Assist with basic admin and compliance tasks, including staff attendance and document filing.
