- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) or a closely related discipline.
- Strong interest in systems engineering, safety engineering, process management, and project management. Familiarity with method development and model‑driven engineering is a plus.
- Familiarity with systems engineering tools (e.g., MATLAB, Simulink, DOORS, Python, C, C++, Java, or similar), and experience with simulation and modeling software is a strong plus.
- Enthusiastic about technology consulting and actively contributing to advancements in system development.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex systems, develop innovative solutions, and work effectively in fast‑paced project environments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
