Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- Proficiency in Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
- Strong facilitation skills for Agile ceremonies.
- Expertise in backlog refinement, team coaching, and continuous improvement.
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence for Agile project management.
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.
