Consulting Manager

We are seeking a Consulting Managerto help lead a team of Business Analysts and Technical Analysts, create value, maximize growth and improve business performance. Our client is a long-standing developer of software solutions for Supply Chain and Retail operations. Duties Manage the Consulting team through resource planning/scheduling, maximizing revenue, providing reviews/appraisals and recruitment.

Oversee, mentor, and support the teams growth, career progression and training. Lead the estimation process. Track, plan and enforce team processes.

Coordinate interdepartmental resource usage and internal priorities. Help monitor and report on the progression to appropriate stakeholders. Requirements Management experience, especially within IT Service Delivery (4+ years) Proficient in MS Office applications (MS Project, MS Excel & MS Outlook) Advanced analysis skills, project documentation and reporting.
