Key Responsibilities
- Solution Architecture: Design and deliver end-to-end CX solutions using the Google CCAI suite (Dialogflow CX, Agent Assist, Insights) and Google Gen AI (Vertex AI, Gemini, Playbooks, and LLM-based modeling).
- Strategy & Design Thinking: Lead innovative workshops with clients to shape their Gen AI implementation strategy, focusing on business value and superior customer experience.
Qualifications
- Technical Expertise: 5+ years of experience with Google CCAI solutions . Deep knowledge of Dialogflow CX and creating meaningful analytics via Insights is mandatory.
- Gen AI Mastery: Hands-on experience with Vertex AI, Google Gemini, Decibel, and LLM-based Agent Assist .
