Content Accounting Specialist

Job Overview

We are looking for an Accounting Specialist to support the Content Accounting function. The role is full‑time, based in the Manila office, and works with global teams across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Content Accounting teams across the globe to understand the Content Accounting workflow.
• Help maintain the financial integrity of the company’s content commitments, assets (capitalization), liabilities (payments), and expenses (amortization).
• Set up, maintain, and review content license contracts in proprietary systems, focusing on license fee uploads and payment terms.
• Support the accounting set‑up for owned content, including Estimated Final Cost reconciliation and locks.
• Reconcile data imports and exports related to content transactions.
• Prepare reclassification journal entries for the above accounts.
