Content Writer

Summary:
We’re looking for an experienced In app Content writer who is passionate about user experience design and wants to help shape the development of Client digital solutions. The role will be writing for new customer-facing features, as well as maintaining existing user interface copy. They will primarily work alongside designers, collaborating to create copy resulting in amazing user experiences. They will also team with engineers, analysts, product owners, marketers and others to ensure a successful product for both our business and our customers.


Responsibilities:

Write clear and concise content across multiple touch points (including labels, navigational elements, dialog boxes, menus, email templates, tutorials, notifications).

Drive consensus across teams and advocate for solutions that balance the needs of multiple stakeholders.
