Responsibilities

• Provide appropriate personal care; bathing, dressing, assistance with ambulation/re‑positioning, activities/programming
• Communicate clearly and professionally with all residents and co‑workers
• Apply environmental and security measures
• Recognize common chronic illnesses experienced by individuals
• Monitor and observe any changes in resident behaviour, and consult RN/LPN for guidance or assistance where required
• Respond appropriately to the physiological, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of people across the life cycle
