As a Continuous Improvement Analyst at our brand‑new Brooks Automation factory in Johor Bahru, you’ll be at the forefront of transforming how we operate. With Brooks rapidly expanding our manufacturing footprint in Malaysia, this role is critical to ensuring our new facility scales efficiently and delivers world‑class performance from day one. You’ll drive initiatives that boost efficiency, elevate quality, streamline processes, and build a culture where continuous improvement is part of everyday operations.

Work Location: Onsite – Pasir Gudang, Johor Bahru.
