Continuous Improvement Engineer

Position Overview

We are a leading Swiss multinational company with operations in Tunisia (Sousse), and we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Continuous Improvement Engineer to strengthen our operational excellence journey.

The Continuous Improvement Engineer is responsible for driving operational excellence initiatives across the plant by identifying improvement opportunities, leading Lean transformation projects, and optimizing processes to enhance safety, quality, cost, and delivery performance.

This role requires strong analytical capabilities, project leadership skills, and close collaboration with production, engineering, maintenance, and supply chain teams to support both local and global company objectives.
