The successful candidate will play a key role in driving continuous improvement activity across manufacturing processes, operational performance, productivity, waste reduction and workflow optimisation. Working as part of the central Business Improvement team, the role will focus on embedding a stronger continuous improvement culture across site, working closely with operational leaders and shop floor teams to deliver measurable operational improvements.
