Job Overview:

We're on the lookout for an experienced and confident Responsive Repairs Contract Manager to take the lead on reactive jobs across the social housing stock for the client. You will be playing a key role in delivering remediation and repairs- ensuring residents are safe, homes are compliant, and projects are delivered to a high standard, on time and within budget. As part of the role, you will be working closely with internal teams, residents, contractors, and the client to make sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage subcontractors, voids and repairs throughout the borough.
Appoint, manage and coordinate external contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
Prepare and manage project budgets, cash flow forecasts and cost reporting.
