Responsibilities

• Lead client-side contract administration and commercial strategy for high-stakes data centre projects in Cyberjaya.
• Take full responsibility for pre- and post-contract administration using the FIDIC contract suite.
• Manage high-value long‑lead equipment procurement.
• Evaluate and negotiate complex contract variations.
• Resolve contractor extension of time (EOT) claims.
• Safeguard client cash flows through diligent final account closeouts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in construction contract management.
• At least 3 years of experience in high‑complexity infrastructure or data centre projects.
• Mastery of FIDIC contract conditions.
