Contract Transportation and Shipping Office Coordinator

We are currently hiring a Contract Transportation and Shipping Coordinator to support inbound and outbound warehouse traffic.

Responsibilities

• Work daily with carrier partners and customer service to plan and coordinate transportation of finished goods.
• Manage timely delivery to customers (Wine Rack and On Premise) and other appointments.
• Monitor and coordinate delivery, pickup and drop‑off schedules.
• Complete all Bill of Ladings daily for all outbound loads leaving MDC using our ERP system JDE (Oracle).
• Ensure inventory accuracy when closing orders and work with supervisors on inventory issues and discrepancies.
