Contractor - Market Data

The Instrument Data Management (IDM) organization is responsible for providing data content and services for MSCI tools that fuel investment decisions, working with multiple business units on the production and development of input data used for product generation.

Key responsibilities

• Quality assurance of equity market and reference data
• Monitor workflow processes and resolve issues with urgency as they arise
• Identify, investigate and resolve data discrepancies and ensure they do not recur
• Variance analysis of data attributes with various vendor sources
• Research corporate events and assets as it pertains to MSCI methodology
• Update and conduct extensive quality assurance to our financial database
• Work in partnership with local and global teams to enhance and improve client experience
