Job Description:

+ Contract drafting
+ Consent letters
+ Novation
+ In-depth contract review and analysis
+ Contract redaction and clean up
+ Contractual data collection and aggregation
+ Communicate with customers and create and maintain customer progress tracking
+ Supporting data room management
+ Experience using digital tools such as Microsoft Co-Pilot, e-discovery platforms,
+ Coordination with internal stakeholders and senior leadership relating to contractual overview
+ Prior experience with M&A preferred.

Education: BA/BS required
Experience: 3-4 years contract MANAGEMENT experience
Citizenship: Must be US Citizen
